Miranda Kerr's young sons are already "fighting" over who can take over her company one day.

The 43-year-old model - who has Flynn, 15, with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and Hart, seven, Myles, six, and two-year-old Pierre with spouse Evan Spiegel - founded her beauty empire Kora Organics back in 2009 and her middle kids are particularly interested in the workings of the firm.

Speaking on a panel for EWG's 16th Annual Earth Day Dinner in Los Angeles, People magazine reports she said: "Well, actually, a couple of my boys ... are fighting [over] who's going to be the CEO next of Kora.

"My 15 year old is an artist, so he's not really that interested in becoming the CEO of Kora.

"But he does use the products himself, and his friends."

Miranda urged people to be "mindful and educated" about the skincare products they use.

She said: "When you're pregnant, the doctor says you should be really aware of what you're putting on your skin ... but we shouldn't have to wait until we're pregnant to be mindful of that.

"We should just be mindful and educated, and we don't have to compromise our health to get incredible results. And that's what I'm trying to prove.

"I'm still 20 years in trying to prove that and doing a lot of research, and you can go online and see all the studies that we've done, and the before and after photos.

"People are always like, 'Well, it's organic, maybe it's not as effective?' But, actually, there are up to 60% more antioxidants in a certified organic ingredient, so from day one, Kora Organics has been certified organic."

While her eldest son isn't as interested in her business, the former Victoria's Secret Angel has practised meditation since the age of 17 and she recently revealed she bonds with Flynn through the practice.

She told Australia's Marie Claire magazine: “Evan meditates.

“Flynn now joins me, but rather than chanting to an altar like Orlando [a practising Buddhist] does, he goes inwards. It’s not easy. And at time’s its confronting.”

And faith is also important to the family.

Miranda said: “It’s one thing we focus on as a family. We always pray before meals, thanking God for our food and the opportunity to be together.”
