Zoe Kravitz has slammed Hulu after they promoted her show with a reference to her romance with Harry Styles.
The 37-year-old actress starred as Robyn 'Rob' Brooks in one season of High Fidelity in 2020, and she was left unimpressed when the streaming service shared a social media post on Thursday (07.05.26) which referred to her rumoured fiance's latest album, Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally.
Hulu shared a carousel of images of Zoe in character along with the caption: “Robyn Brooks definitely has Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally on her playlist."
Zoe replied in the comments: “This is tacky @hulu.”
The post has now been deleted.
High Fidelity - a gender-flipped adaptation of Nick Hornby's 1995 novel - was cancelled after just one season on Hulu, despite receiving positive reviews, and Zoe previously slammed the decision.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: "At least Hulu has a ton of other shows starring women of color we can watch. Oh wait.(sic)"
Zoe has repeatedly spoken of her desire to go back to High Fidelity.
She previously told Esquire magazine: “Yes, I would love to. I was just saying earlier: Every time I let it go, somebody reminds me that they love it. And it happens. It’s the most mentioned project to me.”
Meanwhile, the Batwoman actress was reported last month to have got engaged to Harry after more than a year of dating.
The couple, who have largely kept their relationship private despite repeated appearances together in cities including London, Rome and New York, have not confirmed the news and Zoe notable kept her left hand covered while posing for photos at the Met Gala earlier this week, seemingly so photographers couldnt get a close-up of the ring.
Reports about 32-year-old Harry’s apparent proposal have described it as “old-fashioned” and “romantic”, with sources suggesting Zoë accepted immediately.
One insider told DailyMail online the Big Little Lies actress is “madly in love with him” and appreciates Harry “supports her in a beautiful, kind way”.
Additional claims about the relationship have circulated in recent days.
A source told Page Six Harry “is completely smitten” and added: “He would jump off a cliff for her,” while Zoë is said to be “on cloud nine”.
Another source said “no one in their circle is surprised” by the reported engagement.
Zoë was previously married to Karl Glusman, with the couple separating after two years.
