COD: Black Ops 7-themed Toshin Matcha Bar comes to life in London
To mark the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Activision is bringing the game’s new Japanese-inspired multiplayer map, Toshin, into the real world - with a pop-up Toshin Matcha Bar opening in East London next month.
Activision is celebrating the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 with a Toshin Matcha Bar pop-up in East London inspired by the game’s new Japanese-themed map.
The one-day event, running on November 7 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Unit 2, 110 Pennington St, E1W 2BB, promises an immersive fusion of gaming and culture, transforming a neon-lit backstreet bar into a secret world inspired by Black Ops.
Visitors must pre-book timed slots via Eventbrite to experience the pop-up’s hidden surprises.
Once inside, guests can sample the bar’s exclusive Layered Peach and Mango Uji Iced Matcha Latte, crafted by Chinatown’s renowned Tea Parlour, before being “plunged into an alternate reality” inspired by the game’s espionage and intrigue.
Activision described the experience as “a one-of-a-kind celebration of gaming and London’s matcha obsession,” designed to bring Toshin’s atmosphere to life.
The event comes ahead of Black Ops 7’s global release on November 14, which Activision says will deliver “the biggest Black Ops ever,” blending new narrative and multiplayer innovations with the series’ trademark espionage-driven storytelling.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launches on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Game Pass on November 14, 2025,, with pre-orders available now via callofduty.com/blackops7.
