Heung Min-Son feels responsible for Antonio Conte's Tottenham departure.

The South Korean forward has struggled for form this season and feels partly to blame for the Italian coach's exit from the club after 16 months in charge.

Son said: "As a player, I am really sorry. He's a world-class coach, and we had a great journey together.

"I should have played better. I feel responsible for his departure, because I haven't helped the club all that much.

"I am grateful for what he's done. He's such a great coach and has so much experience. I will be rooting for him."

Tottenham are looking for their fourth manager in as many years and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp thinks that the chaos will not help the team keep star striker Harry Kane.

The former Spurs player said: "I’ve got no idea what Harry Kane's going to do.

"Harry’s in a very good position because he’s out of contract next year. He might believe Tottenham’s the right club for him where he can win all the individual awards, but in terms of winning trophies at Tottenham, I don’t really see that right now.

"In less than a year he can sign a free contract with somebody. His negotiators will be talking to clubs and clubs will know the situation. That’s how football works - we bury our heads in the sand and say it’s not but he’ll have plenty of options because he’s a world-class player.

"While there’s this chaos at Tottenham, it doesn’t help your cause of keeping your star player. Every year you’re getting a new manager in and he’s probably thinking: ‘What’s the point of this?’ You need some continuity - that’s conducive to success."
